A road show staged by SIGEP under the banner of internationality, which will visit 10 countries and 3 continents by the end of 2019. After being a key player at the Global Speciality Coffee Expo in Boston (11-14 April 2019), Italian Exhibition Group’s International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry Bakery and the Coffee World (the 41st edition of which will be held from 18th to 22nd January 2020 at Rimini Expo Centre, along with A.B. Tech Expo) is back in the USA for the National Restaurant Association Show 2019 in Chicago (18-21 May), the most important annual event for food service and hospitality in the United States.
SIGEP is participating in the National Restaurant Association Show with a dedicated promotional area, along with top exhibitors in the food service trade from the world’s major countries, presenting for the first time to the American professional world the major new features of the 2020 edition – starting with the expo layout and new contents – and addressing companies, top professionals, buyers, distributors and importers, with flavour and trends in the most famous Italian-made tradition.
On the consumer front, the road show will spotlight the calendar of the Gelato Festival, of which SIGEP and Carpigiani are the main partners, and which this year features a series of B2C events in Barcelona, Okinawa, Berlin, Boston, Warsaw, Vienna Baden, London, Chicago, Yokohama GWT, Washington DC and West Hollywood LA, for the promotion of the artisan gelato product chain.
Upcoming B2B appointments scheduled include the World of Coffee in Berlin (6-8 June 2019) and the IBIE in Las Vegas – International Baking Industry Exposition, an expo dedicated to the bakery product chain (7-11 September 2019), in which SIGEP will take part to increase the opportunities for business and networking in an international context.
