The limited-edition dinner menu, available between 5 – 30 August 2018 at just AED 185 per person, features a range of Thai culinary favourites, including vegan specials and desserts, complemented with coconut water served in a Thai coconut. For those looking to enjoy something a little stronger, for
AED 78 the Chanwan cocktail (which translates to a shining bright moon) is infused with a blend of authentic Thai ingredients including lemongrass, lemon juice and coconut water, with a dash of Jamaica’s finest.
Four different starters include Som Tam Je (green papaya salad, tomato, apple, cashew nut, with a tamarind dressing), Plha Nuea Ma Khua Pho (grilled beef salad, eggplant, chili paste, lemongrass, garlic, and a lemon dressing), Sate Gai (grilled marinated chicken sate, coconut milk, lemongrass, and a turmeric peanut sauce) or Poh Pia Thod (vegetable spring roll served with a sweet chili sauce). Catering to a range of dietary preferences, Pai Thai’s summer menu offers non-vegetarian, vegetarian and vegan options allowing everyone to indulge in their favourite Thai dishes.
Main course options include signature Pai Thai dishes such as Gaeng Khiew Wan Gai, (traditional Thai green chicken curry made with Thai eggplant, coconut shoots and Thai basil), Goong Phad Med Ma Muang (wok fried crispy prawns made with cashew nut, spring onions, dried chili, and oyster sauce), Tao Hoo Phad Prik Thai Dum (wok fried crispy tofu mixed with onion, capsicum, green pepper corn, baby corn, black pepper and soya sauce), Kana Nuea Nam Man Hoy (the wok fried beef with Thai broccoli, garlic, mushroom, oyster sauce), and Thailand’s widely popular noodle creation Phad Thai Goong Sod (Thai noodles mixed with prawns, egg, tofu, peanut and tamarind sauce).
Pai Thai’s selection of cooling summer desserts include Tap Tim Krob, a crispy water chestnut dessert topped with sugar syrup, coconut milk and crushed ice, a selection of authentic ice creams and sorbets in flavours such as coconut, mango, lemongrass and mandarin.
