Foodics Launches “Forward Together” Initiative to Support UAE’s F&B Industry Amid Industry Pressures

Restaurants and F&B businesses across the UAE have recently been navigating a challenging period, having to adapt to fluctuating demands, industry pressures, and tightening operational costs due to market uncertainties. However, with UAE’s F&B sector slowly regaining momentum and as businesses hit the ground running again, Foodics, a leading cloud-based restaurant operations and financial management platform in the MENA region has introduced a new initiative as part of its ongoing commitment to support the wider F&B industry as they slowly recover.

Designed to help restaurants and F&B businesses in the UAE ease back into the industry, Foodics’ new initiative “Forward Together” is built around three core pillars: financial flexibility, new revenue channels, and smarter decision-making. As part of this initiative, Foodics is offering flexible payment terms for both new and existing clients in UAE, Egypt, Jordan and its other GCC markets to ease short-term financial pressure for owners, alongside free access for existing clients to its digital ordering solutions such as Foodics Online and Self-Ordering Kiosks to help generate additional revenue streams at no cost. Additional hardware solutions will also be provided free of charge to help streamline operations.

Furthermore, to help with smarter decision-making and improved operational efficiency, Foodics will also offer its existing clients free access to its AI-powered analytics tool, Foodics AI, enabling operators to use predictive analytics to review recent performance, uncover actionable insights, and make more informed, data-driven decisions as they plan their next phase of growth.

To extend this support across the wider F&B industry, Foodics is also offering flexible, tailored packages at a discounted rate, for restaurants and F&B businesses in the UAE that newly sign up, allowing operators to choose products best suited and customized to their business needs. This helps new businesses reduce upfront tech costs and ease early-stage setup, while also allowing existing businesses to explore new systems, assess the fit, and transition if needed.

Ahmad AlZaini, Co-founder and CEO of Foodics, comments, “The F&B industry employs over a million in our region and is considered one of the private sector drivers across GCC and North African markets. This is the backbone of these communities. Today, operators happen to be navigating difficult conditions. At Foodics, we exist to help restaurants sustain growth. That mission is what drove us to build Forward Together. If we can play a role in keeping more doors open, then this is exactly where we need to show up.”

Besides UAE, the initiative will roll out across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait, markets that together represent one of the fastest-growing and most innovative foodservice economies globally. With the GCC foodservice sector currently valued at nearly USD 70 billion and projected to reach over USD 121 billion by 2031, the F&B industry remains a critical engine of employment and economic activity, and one that Foodics is committed to protecting. Whether an existing Foodics client or a new partner, this initiative aims to support the wider F&B industry including restaurants, cafés and diverse dining concepts of all types and sizes, helping operators adapt to change, manage cost pressures, and build more efficient, future-ready businesses.
