Halal Expo Philippines Returns for Its 3rd Edition in 2027 — Bigger, Stronger and More Innovative

Halal Expo Philippines (HEP) is set to return for its 3rd edition from January 21–24, 2027, at the Mega Trade Center, SM Mega Mall, bringing together the halal industry, businesses, government, investors, professionals, families and the next generation in what promises to be its most ambitious edition yet.

Following the success of its previous editions, Halal Expo Philippines 2027 will be stronger, bigger and more feature-rich, expanding beyond a traditional trade exhibition to create a comprehensive platform for business, investment, education, innovation, culture and community engagement.

The 2027 edition will introduce several new and enhanced components designed to deliver greater value to exhibitors, buyers, professionals, families and visitors.

Introducing Muslim Kids Expo Manila

One of the major highlights of Halal Expo Philippines 2027 will be the debut of Muslim Kids Expo Manila, an exciting new component inspired by the successful Muslim Kids Expo in Toronto.

Created to provide children with a platform to learn, discover, create and showcase their talents, Muslim Kids Expo Manila will bring together educational activities, interactive experiences, competitions, demonstrations and programs designed to nurture confidence, creativity, entrepreneurship and leadership among young participants.

The Toronto edition demonstrated the tremendous potential of creating an environment where children can express their talents and skills while learning about their identity, culture, values and opportunities in a fun and engaging setting.

See what’s new

With its arrival in Manila, Muslim Kids Expo will provide Filipino children and families with an exciting new platform that combines education, entertainment, creativity and empowerment.

“We believe the future of the halal economy belongs not only to today’s entrepreneurs and industry leaders, but also to the next generation,” said Nasser Deeb, President of Halal Expo Philippines and Halal Expo Canada. “Muslim Kids Expo gives children an opportunity to participate, learn and demonstrate what they can achieve. Its successful debut in Toronto showed us the tremendous response and potential of this concept, and we are excited to bring it to Manila.”

A High-Level Educational Program

Another major enhancement for Halal Expo Philippines 2027 will be its expanded educational and knowledge program, bringing together high-level local and international speakers, industry experts, government representatives, academics and business leaders.

The program will provide participants with access to market intelligence, emerging trends, technical knowledge, business strategies and practical insights across key sectors of the global halal economy.

Sessions will address opportunities and developments across areas including halal food and beverage, Islamic finance, tourism, cosmetics and personal care, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, certification, export development, technology, investment and international trade.

The program is designed not simply to inform but to equip businesses and professionals with knowledge they can apply to expand their operations, access new markets and compete in the rapidly growing global halal economy.

International speakers will also provide perspectives on global markets and emerging opportunities, giving Philippine businesses valuable insight into how they can position themselves within the expanding ASEAN and international halal marketplace.

More Than an Exhibition

Halal Expo Philippines 2027 will bring together a comprehensive mix of:

  • B2B halal trade exhibition
  • International buyers and business matchmaking
  • Government and industry participation
  • High-level conferences and educational sessions
  • International speakers and industry experts
  • Halal investment and business opportunities
  • Networking and partnership opportunities
  • Muslim Kids Expo Manila
  • Interactive family and community activities
  • Product showcases and demonstrations
  • Recognition and awards programs
  • International halal market opportunities

The expanded format is designed to create meaningful connections between producers, exporters, distributors, retailers, investors, government agencies, certification bodies, professionals and consumers.

Connecting the Philippines to the Global Halal Economy

The Philippines is increasingly positioned to participate in the rapidly expanding global halal economy, with opportunities across food, tourism, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, finance and other sectors.

Halal Expo Philippines aims to serve as a strategic platform connecting Philippine enterprises with regional and international markets, while creating opportunities for foreign companies and investors to explore the Philippines and the wider ASEAN region.

The 2027 edition will also strengthen its international dimension through participation from global halal organizations, international exhibitors, buyers, speakers and industry stakeholders.

Save the Date

With its combination of business, education, innovation, international participation and family engagement, Halal Expo Philippines 2027 is set to become the most comprehensive edition of the event to date.
