TNA Solutions to highlight complete confectionery line capabilities at ProSweets 2026

TNA Solutions, a global leader in complete processing and packaging technology, will spotlight its complete line solutions for the confectionery industry at ProSweets 2026 in Cologne from 1–4 February 2026. From stand D-059, TNA will demonstrate how its complete solutions can enable creativity, optimise product flow, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency in confectionery and nutraceutical production.

Since acquiring NID in 2017, TNA has brought unmatched expertise in starch moulding and confectionery production into the family. TNA has continued to modernise and refine NID’s solutions portfolio with innovation, performance, and simplicity at its core.

On display will be the company’s flagship tna robag® 3e, featuring customisable tna intelli-weigh® scales to handle sticky products like liquorice, gummies, and long-format candies such as lollipops and snakes. Advanced dust extraction systems and integrated sieves on linear feeders help maintain product flow and cleanliness in sugar-rich environments, while specialised sealing technology ensures fast, reliable fin-seal packaging for multi-layer films. Its modular, flexible design provides producers with the performance, cost-efficiency, and adaptability needed to thrive in both established and emerging markets. These innovations address the unique challenges of confectionery packaging, delivering consistent results for sticky, dusted, and long-format products at high speeds.

Also at the stand will be the tna conti-oil, enabling accurate oil coating for jelly and gum-based confectioneries – providing an appealing glaze and greater depth of colour for a superior finish. With an output of up to 2,200 kg/hr, the tna conti-oil enables continuous flow oiling in a stainless-steel drum that rotates using a gentle lifting and rolling mechanism.

From kitchen operations and starch conditioning to mogul tray handling, de-moulding, finishing, depositing, packaging, and case packing, TNA offers end-to-end integrated solutions for confectionery production, complemented by seamless aftermarket support and enhanced spare parts availability.

“As global demand for gummies, jellies, and other confectionery formats continues to grow, manufacturers are seeking reliable solutions that combine flexibility, hygiene, and high product quality,” said James Hosford, Regional Solution Specialist, TNA Solutions. “A key part of achieving this is ensuring smooth, uninterrupted production across the production line. Sticky confectionery, for example, can clump and cause costly delays. By partnering with a complete solutions partner like TNA, manufacturers can streamline the entire process. Our integrated line solutions are designed to minimise disruptions, reduce product buildup, improve transfer speeds, and keep production lines running at full capacity.”

TNA’s confectionery specialists will be available throughout ProSweets 2026 to discuss solutions for a wide range of confectionery and nutraceutical products. Visitors are invited to meet the team at stand D-059, from 1–4 February 2026, to explore how TNA’s complete line solutions can simplify operations, enhance performance, and deliver long-term profitability.
