DalterFood Group’s cheese nuggets perfectly meet the needs of the retail world in intercepting in-home consumption occasions, such as aperitifs and finger food, especially with summer just around the corner. Packaged in practical round tubs, they are a perfect complement to the fresh-cut cheese counter, thanks to their handy takeaway format. An ideal solution for those seeking authentic, distinctive flavours without compromising on convenience, while encouraging impulse purchases and helping optimise shopping time.

The crown jewel of the company’s offering in this unique format is its Parmigiano Reggiano,  an authentic expression of Made in Italy and the result of a short, integrated and sustainable supply chain. This PDO cheese is produced in DalterFood Group’s two dairies, both located in the heart of the Reggio Emilia Apennines: Caseificio Colline del Cigarello e Canossa and Caseificio Colline di Selvapiana e Canossa, where tradition, direct control and quality are embedded in every stage of production.

Alongside Parmigiano Reggiano, the nuggets format also includes Spinoro – an ideal choice for those looking a vegetarian alternative. This aged Italian hard cheese, with its finely grainy texture and distinctive straw-yellow colour, is made using 100% Italian milk and microbial rennet, not of animal origin. Perfect for buffets, aperitifs or vegetarian dishes, Spinoro brings a delicate yet rounded and satisfying flavour to every preparation.
