Only three weeks left to register as an exhibitor for FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026

Returning to Berlin from 4 to 6 February 2026, FRUIT LOGISTICA is the leading trade show for the global fresh produce business. Featuring new formats, high-level networking and a global reach, it is an unmissable event for industry professionals. Registration is open until 31 July 2025.

Exhibitor registration for FRUIT LOGISTICA, the leading trade show for the global fresh produce business, which will take place in Berlin from 4 to 6 February 2026, is still open for three more weeks. And with new event formats, exclusive networking opportunities, and a truly global reach, this edition promises to be the most valuable yet for companies from all around the world.

For Moroccan exporter Les Domaines Agricoles, FRUIT LOGISTICA remains an unmissable and valuable opportunity to meet customers, promote its brand, and introduce new products like its trademarked SweetCott mandarin. “It offers a unique opportunity to assess mid-season performance and connect with the full ecosystem — clients, partners, and prospects — all within three intensive and productive days,” says Kenza Ouali, the group’s marketing director.

The show’s impact goes well beyond individual exhibitors, Ouali adds. “It’s also a showcase of Morocco’s agricultural progress. The event allows us to present the diversity and excellence of Moroccan farming, and to demonstrate the strength of a collective national offer, built on complementarity between producers.”

FRUIT LOGISTICA continues to serve as the premier platform for suppliers, buyers, and other key players across the fresh produce value chain. The 2025 edition attracted trade visitors from 151 countries, underscoring the event’s international relevance and unmatched networking potential.

A large number of regions and sectors will again be well represented in 2026. Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France and Belgium in particular will maintain a strong presence, while strong participation is expected from Egypt, China, Israel, Türkiye, and South Africa too. And there is notable growth in exhibitor demand from Africa and Asia. All of those exhibitors will benefit from access to a high-level audience and a wide range of market opportunities.

New formats

FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 features an expanded content programme and new exhibition opportunities designed to enhance exhibitor visibility and trade visitor engagement. Alongside established highlights such as the Fresh Produce Forum, Farming Forward Stage, Future Lab, Logistics Hub, and Podcast Studio, a brand-new Insights Stage will host startup pitches and be available for exhibitors to promote themselves.

Also new are dedicated display zones in the Fresh Produce and Machinery & Technology areas. Distinct from the FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA), exhibitors can apply for a place in these zones and use it to put their innovative products and services even more prominently in front of buyers.

And for the first time, Expo Tours to Berlin’s wholesale and retail markets offer a chance for exhibitors and trade visitors to gain deeper insights into market trends.

Other popular show features return at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026. These include the Faces of Fresh Produce exhibition, Fruitful Friday (featuring the FLIA ceremony, mascot race, and science symposium), the exclusive Retailer Club, and Startup World. Applications for the prestigious FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award open on 1 September 2025.

Part of a global network

FRUIT LOGISTICA is now more than just a once-a-year meeting in Berlin. Alongside ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA in Hong Kong, the show is part of a worldwide network of industry events that involve more than 3,600 exhibitors. These include Fruitnet congresses in Europe, India, and Vietnam that attract over 120,000 visitors per year, as well as regionally focused Meet-Ups in places such as Chile, China, Peru and Thailand. By taking part in these events, companies can ensure that their brand stays connected to the global produce supply chain all year round.

Register now until 31 July 2025

FRUIT LOGISTICA is the central meeting point of the global fresh produce industry. Thousands of professionals from around the world come together –

an ideal opportunity to showcase brands on an international stage. Exhibitors are invited to register for FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 by 31 July 2025 latest. Full details on how to register for a stand can be found on the website of FRUIT LOGISTICA. The team of FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin or one of Messe Berlin’s 150 local international representatives around the world will be glad to assist.
