TraceGains’ European event season helps F&B brands navigate compliance and accelerate innovation

TraceGains, the leading provider of compliance, quality, and innovation solutions for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, has officially launched its 2026 European event season, bringing its networked ecosystem directly to brands looking to expand across the region and strengthen their new product development (NPD) capabilities.

Following a year of increasing regulatory pressure, compressed product timelines, and rising demand for transparency, TraceGains is using its 2026 event presence to underline that businesses no longer need to choose between speed, compliance, and innovation – they can achieve all three with the right digital foundation.

“We’re seeing a clear shift across the European F&B market,” said Michelle Henry, Director of Sales for Europe at TraceGains. “We know that brands are under intense pressure, whether that’s when entering new markets, reformulating products, or responding to evolving regulations. Our 2026 event program is designed to show how a connected, data-driven approach removes those barriers and gives teams the confidence to move faster without increasing risk.”

TraceGains kicked off its 2026 European tour at last month’s Food Safety Kongress in Berlin, marking the official start of its event season, participating as a Gold Sponsor and setting the tone for the year ahead. “Our focus is on the growing importance of proactive compliance and end-to-end supply chain visibility, supporting innovation and growth across Europe,” said Michelle.

Streamlining compliance processes

As headline sponsor of the upcoming UK Food Manufacturing Summit (24 March) in Birmingham, TraceGains will host a dedicated booth and also feature among the impressive speaker line-up. “At the UK Food Manufacturing Summit, we will be joined by leading regulatory specialists Ashbury Global,  to unpack the regulatory changes that matter most in 2026 and beyond, and what ‘audit-ready’ requires in practice. We’ll showcase how a connected digital ecosystems links supplier, specification and product information into a single, defensible workflow – reducing risk without slowing innovation.,” said Michelle. “We are empowering brands to tackle sourcing and compliance challenges head-on, while deepening the conversation around ingredient sourcing and regulatory complexity.”

Looking ahead to April, TraceGains will host an exclusive roundtable at the European Food Summit in Düsseldorf (29 April). “As a Gold Sponsor of this event we will host a roundtable with delegates to be part of the discussion,” said Michelle. “Together, we will address one of the most pressing challenges facing brands, namely how to manage ingredient sourcing, supplier data, packaging and artwork flows and compliance requirements simultaneously, and more importantly without slowing innovation.”

The European road trip will culminate in June, when TraceGains hosts its annual UK Get-Together, the exclusive forum for industry leaders to meet with customers and brands to explore how digitalization and connected data ecosystems are transforming the way they can develop, launch, and scale products in competitive European markets.

“Across every event, TraceGains will demonstrate how our networked ecosystem directly addresses the realities facing F&B businesses, building connections that power growth,” said Michelle. “With the regulatory and time pressures faced by businesses today, it is vital to stay ahead of the curve in terms of evolving European requirements with real-time, validated supplier and ingredient data.

“Businesses are looking to reduce time spent chasing documentation and focus on innovation to enable faster NPD cycles, while the importance of collaboration with suppliers means it is vital to connect seamlessly with a global network of suppliers to eliminate bottlenecks,” she said. “For those pursuing scalable growth, entering new markets with the assurance that compliance and quality processes are already in place is the absolute top of their priorities list.

“Our goal isn’t just to talk about digital transformation, it’s to make it tangible and a realistic proposition,” added Michelle. “With this year’s European events, we’re showing brands how to remove friction from their processes, reduce uncertainty, and ultimately bring better products to market faster.”

TraceGains serves more than 1,500 customers worldwide, including half of the top 100 global F&B manufacturers, connecting brands to a network of over 100,000 supplier locations and more than 600,000 ingredients and products.

With its 2026 European event season now underway, TraceGains continues to empower F&B businesses to turn regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage and transform innovation from a challenge into a scalable, repeatable process.
