Dubai’s Organic Expo Sets New Benchmark for Sustainability

The 23rd Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo 2025 concluded on Wednesday (Nov 19) in Dubai, marking a milestone event that brought together global innovators and set the stage for the future of sustainable living in the region.

Serving as the region’s leading platform for organic and natural products, the Expo brought together global pioneers, emerging brands, and industry leaders under one roof to drive innovation and shape the future of conscious business and sustainable living across the Middle East.

The 2025 edition recorded an exceptional response, attracting over 17,784 trade visitors—a remarkable 17% increase compared to last year. With nearly 550 exhibitors from more than 70 countries, the Expo reinforced its position as the Middle East’s largest and most influential platform for organic and natural products.

“The success of this year’s Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo reflects the incredible momentum in the global organics industry and Dubai’s growing role as a strategic hub for sustainable trade. With demand for organic products surging worldwide, the Middle East is emerging as a key market, and Dubai provides the perfect gateway for brands to connect, collaborate, and scale. This edition has set a new benchmark for innovation and growth in the organic sector,” said Shinu Pillai, General Manager of the Expo, organized by Global Links Exhibition Organizers & Conferences.

The Expo showcased over 20 country pavilions, with China leading the largest presence and the Free-From Pavilion standing out for its focus on allergen-free and specialty products. Malaysia returned with an enhanced pavilion supported by MATRADE, reinforcing its leadership in halal and organic segments, while the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association spotlighted the “Make in the Emirates” vision through locally developed, sustainability-driven innovations from emerging UAE brands.

“The Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo is an important platform for connecting global agricultural innovation with new opportunities in the Middle East. This is the first time we have organized enterprises to this expo. With the largest China National Agricultural Pavilion’s presence at this year’s event, China demonstrated its strong commitment to advancing cooperation in organics and sustainability. Dubai’s role as a gateway for international trade makes it a natural choice for fostering partnerships, and China remains dedicated to delivering high-quality organic products and promoting healthier lifestyles for a greener future,” said Peng Tingjun, Director General of Agricultural Trade Promotion Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, P.R. China.

“We are extremely proud to lead a substantial contingent of 30 top Malaysian companies—from ministries, agencies, and businesses—at this year’s Expo. The three-year partnership with the show underscores its vital role as a gateway for Malaysian products into the dynamic Middle East market. It has proven to be an excellent exhibition for connecting with high-quality buyers,” said Badrul Hisham Hilal, Trade Commissioner, MATRADE Dubai.

Uganda was represented by a high-level delegation of 27 participants at the Expo. “Uganda’s presence at the Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo under the banner ‘Naturally Uganda, Naturally Organic’ reflects our commitment to showcasing the country’s premium-quality organic products to the world,” said Bright Rwamirama Kanyontore, Minister of State for Animal Industry. “This platform allows us to strengthen market linkages, explore new export opportunities, and position Uganda as a trusted source of organic and halal-certified products for the Middle East. With our rich agricultural potential and growing focus on value addition, Uganda is ready to meet international standards and deliver sustainable solutions to global consumers.”

The Expo also emphasized women’s health and wellness, featuring solutions in hormonal balance, holistic nutrition, clean beauty, and reproductive well-being. Visitors explored interactive experiences like the Super Kitchen and Health & Wellness Studio, connected through the VIP Buyer Program, and gained insights at the Organic and Natural Conference, which hosted panels and fireside chats on plant-based innovation, clean beauty, nutraceuticals, probiotics, and sustainable living.

As global demand for clean, traceable, and eco-friendly products continues to surge, the organic industry is driving both economic growth and sustainability worldwide. Building on this momentum, the 24th Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo in 2026 is set to raise the bar even higher—introducing cutting-edge innovations, forging deeper international partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities for brands in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.

The 24th edition of the Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo, will be held from 16 to 18 November, 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
