Thailand Strengthens Position as Asia’s HoReCa Hub with THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025
Bangkok, 5 March 2025 – Thailand is set to reinforce its status as Asia’s premier hub for the HoReCa industry with THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025, targeting 4 billion Baht in trade. The event, inaugurated today by Minister of Commerce Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, runs from 5–7 March at IMPACT Exhibition Center, Muang Thong Thani.

Jointly organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and Koelnmesse (KM) Germany, this second edition builds on the success of last year’s debut.
“The recovery of tourism and hospitality has fueled strong growth in the HoReCa sector, and THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025 serves as a vital platform to connect key players across the supply chain,” said Mr. Pichai.
The Thai government continues to drive international trade by expanding Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), including the recent THAI-EFTA and THAI-Bhutan FTAs. Future agreements with Israel, the UAE, South Korea, Canada, and the UK are expected to further attract investment and open new market opportunities for the HoReCa sector.

This year’s event is the largest yet, featuring 460+ companies from 25 countries showcasing cutting-edge products, technologies, and innovations. With world-class infrastructure, a strong business network, and skilled professionals, Thailand is well-positioned to become a global hub for the service industry.
