In the heart of Dubai’s fast-paced landscape, SOHUM Café presents a quiet haven in the midst of SOHUM Wellness Sanctuary to relax, reset and replenish the soul from the inside out. Known amongst the community as Dubai’s most innovative plant-based culinary experience, SOHUM Café now unveils it’s all new à la carte and beverage menu that honours mindful nourishment and elemental energy, all whilst awakening the senses through taste, aroma and visual vibrancy. SOHUM Café offers more than just a meal, it’s a haven for those seeking to reconnect and nurture themselves from within, refuelling one’s body with intention.

The all-embracing new menu celebrates conscious comfort and elevated simplicity, a rarity in a city that never sleeps. Featuring an all-day breakfast, vibrant fresh starters, nourishing warm plates and hearty plant-based mains, guests can relish in a wide selection of unique flavours. With grab and go options, sharing plates and delicate desserts, SOHUM Café’s creative new menu sets to alter plant-based perceptions and win the hearts of vegans and non-vegans alike.

With all day breakfast options boasting bold and expressive flavours from sweet to savoury and everything in between guests can indulge in popular favourites such as the Chocolate Pancakes, topped with chocolate chips, berries and agave syrup and the Mango Chia Pudding, a blend of mango, kiwi, chia pudding, coconut yogurt, granola and passion fruit. Healthy alternatives come in the form of the Raw Crust Pizza, made with crispy zucchini crust and topped with saucy pesto, cherry tomatoes and garnished with plant-based cheese. The newest addition to the menu features the Conscious Eggs selection, bringing protein rich dish options such as the Scrambled Eggs on fresh sourdough with greens on the side or the Eggs on Toast and the Fluffy Omelette – delivering comfort and protein in one meal.

Warm plates like the Bao, with oyster mushroom, kewpie, hoisin, aokappa and peanuts; as well as the Lion’s Mane Steak with mashed potato, peppercorn sauce and wild garlic butter, offer guests delicious options that warm from within, without compromising on nutrition. For guests on the move, SOHUM Café now has a Grab and Go selection for individuals in a hurry. Featuring wraps such as the Hummus Wrap, Mexican Wrap or Zinger Wellness Wrap, and light bites like Protein Chocolate Balls, Dark Chocolate Cookies and Banna Bread SOHUM Café caters to cravings on the go.

Complementing this creative selection of plant-based dishes, is a thoughtfully curated beverage menu, featuring Ayurvedic drinks like PITTA; a refreshing taste of cucumber, elderflower and coconut water, and their must-try Ceremonial Cacao. Guests looking to improve their stamina and immunity whilst stimulating skin with collagen can choose between three health-boosting shots including the Shilajit Beetroot, Ashwagandha Lemon or Moringa Orange. SOHUM Café saves the best sip for last, calling all matcha lovers to indulge in their latest signature lineup of unique matcha drinks. From Coconut Water Matcha, Banana Matcha, Caramel Matcha, Ceremonial Matcha to Dubai Chocolate Matcha – there’s a cup to match every mood and taste.
