Free From & Fine Food Dubai Partners with Organic & Natural Expo Dubai for November Edition

In a move that strengthens opportunities for exhibitors and buyers alike, Free From & Fine Food Dubai will now be co-located with the upcoming 23rd annual Organic & Natural Expo Dubai taking place in November 17-19, 2025 at Dubai World Trade Center.

This strategic partnership combines Free From & Fine Food’s international network in clean-label, allergen-free, plant-based, healthy, and fine food innovation with Organic & Natural’s established regional reach and powerful buyer, retail, and distributor connections.

The result is a bigger audience, a broader product offering, and a stronger marketplace for business connections.

“By joining forces with Organic & Natural Dubai, we are multiplying the value for our exhibitors and visitors. This partnership gives our community access to a much larger visitor base within the region, established local partnerships, and stronger market penetration. Free From’s international buyer database over 30k international buyers strengthens the buyer program creating a truly international event platform that is not to be missed,” said Ronald Holman, Event Director of Free From & Fine Food Dubai.

The November edition will serve as both a major sales platform for participants and a launchpad for an even more impactful Free From & Fine Food Dubai in the future.

The 2024 edition of Free From & Fine Food Dubai welcomed over 1,200 professionals from 33 countries, including more than 200 VIP buyers. The curated B2B matchmaking program, managed by Global Management Dubai, facilitated over 365 high-value meetings. According to post-event reports, 91% of exhibitors expect to generate sales as a result of the show¹.

Adrien Thevenet from La Vie shared: “The Free From Food Trade Show actually is a very interesting event to attend. Honestly, the return on investment is worth it. So far we have met with great contacts here from the world industry, and with this matchmaking team and their people, they are really bringing the right players to yourself. So it’s very interesting on this side.”

Liya Cherian, representing the South African Pavilion in 2024, added: “We are mighty pleased with the event. We’ve had one day of workshop where we got to meet different stakeholders, various programs and opportunities in Dubai, and furthermore we’re having an absolutely great networking event here at Free From Food 2024 in Dubai.”

As UAE consumers increasingly prioritize transparency, quality, and ethical sourcing, the Free From and Fine Food categories are expected to see continued growth. Market analysts project strong CAGR across gluten-free, organic, and functional foods in the region beyond 2025³.

Free From & Fine Food Dubai’s unique positioning brings together exhibitors from across the Free From spectrum (gluten-free, dairy-free, allergen-free) alongside premium Fine Food producers offering high-quality, gourmet, and specialty products. This dual-sector focus caters to the region’s rising demand for both health-conscious and indulgent food solutions.

With the co-location with Organic and Naturals and growing regional momentum in the healthy and premium food space, Free From & Fine Food Dubai 2025 is set to be its biggest and most impactful edition to date.
