ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA welcomes you back for a thrilling 2025 edition!

Exhibitor registration is now open for Asia’s premier fresh produce trade show.

ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA, Asia’s leading trade show for the fresh fruit and vegetable business, returns to AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on 3-5 September 2025.

Exhibitors can book now to secure their stand. Register here.

Join Asia’s  largest gathering of the global fresh produce business and showcase your products to top international buyers and decision-makers from throughout the entire value chain and across the world.

Celebrating success in 2024

ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA proudly reaffirmed its status as the premier international trade platform for Asia’s fresh fruit and vegetable business from 4-6 September 2024 with another vibrant, sell-out show in Hong Kong.

The event drew over 13,000 high-calibre trade visitors from more than 70 countries and regions. They explored an impressive array of premium products and services showcased by over 760 exhibitors from 42 countries and regions and 28 national and regional pavilions.

This year, ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA launched the Retailer’s Club which significantly enhanced business and networking opportunities. Retail buyers and exhibitors took advantage of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA’s innovative Speed Dating service and enjoyed substantial benefits.

Furthermore, attendees acquired invaluable business insights and information at ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA through the launch of the ASIAFRUIT KNOWLEDGE CENTRE. This brand-new content hub, powered by Asiafruit Magazine, was another highlight on the show floor.

“We were thrilled with the success of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2024,” said David Axiotis, managing director of Global Produce Events, the organiser of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA. “The energy, innovation, and business growth opportunities were unmatched. It’s truly rewarding to witness the fresh produce industry come together in such a dynamic way, driving forward the future of trade in Asia.”

Exhibitor survey results highlighted the outstanding business outcomes, with an impressive 96 per cent of exhibitors rating ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2024 as “good” or “very good.”

“ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA is the most influential trade show for the industry in Asia,” said Vivian Wang, marketing director of Dole China, one of this year’s exhibitors. “Whether in terms of foot traffic, exhibitor scale, or level of global participation, it is a crucial annual event for Dole China and Dole Asia. It allows us to efficiently and intensively engage with so many high-quality suppliers.”

ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA brings together top buyers from more than 20 different markets across Asia-Pacific, one of its key attractions for global exhibitors.

“This year’s fair was very lively,” said Sara Grasso, export manager of leading Italian exporter Oranfrizer Unifrutti. “On our stand, there were visitors from various countries across Asia.”

ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA Meet Ups build momentum

In addition to the main event, ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA will further build its connections in key markets to add value for visitors and exhibitors with its roadshow of Meet Ups in 2025.

The series of content-backed networking events includes Fresh Produce India in Mumbai on 3-4 April and Fresh Produce Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City on 13-14 May. ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA then heads to Thailand for the Bangkok Meet Up on 25 June spotlighting exciting market trends and opportunities across the dynamic ASEAN countries.

Rounding out the series, the China Meet Up heads to Guangzhou on 8-9 September directly after ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA in Hong Kong.
