ExpoCulinaire 2025 Opens at Expo Centre Sharjah, Elevating Culinary Excellence and HoReCa Industry Engagement
Sharjah, UAE  – ExpoCulinaire 2025 officially opened yesterday at Expo Centre Sharjah, marking the highly anticipated return of the region’s premier event dedicated to the HoReCa and foodservice industry. Running until 23 May 2025, the show is offering a dynamic platform for leading suppliers and culinary professionals to engage, compete, and innovate.

Proudly organized in collaboration with the Emirates Culinary Guild and endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies, ExpoCulinaire 2025 sets the benchmark for culinary excellence, industry networking, and professional development in the Middle East.

This year, five industry-defining brands headline the event as Headline Sponsors: PRISTINE, ARAMTEC, AL GHURAIR, UNOX, and IRCA GROUP. Renowned as trusted suppliers and strategic partners, these companies reflect a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and the future of the regional foodservice sector.

ExpoCulinaire 2025 also hosts a strong lineup of participating companies, including DEL MONTE, AMERICAN GARDEN, PARAMOUNT TRADING, BARAKAT, SAT HOSPITALITY GLOBAL, TAAZA, AL RAZANA, ANGT, SWITCH, HEARTY MART, GERMAN ICE CREAM FACTORY, AL JAZIRA, and MA HAWA, alongside long-standing supporters such as US MEAT, POTATOES USA and CALIFORNIA WALNUTS. Exhibitors present a range of solutions and innovations designed for professional kitchens, offering unmatched opportunities for sourcing and business networking.

Culinary Competitions Driving Regional Engagement

At the core of the event is the Emirates International Salon Culinaire – the region’s largest live culinary competition. Hosted by the Emirates Culinary Guild, the Salon attracts over 1,000 chefs, showcasing skills across individual and team categories, including the Artisan Bakery Arena, National Cuisine Heritage Challenge, and the Global Chefs Challenge Continental Semi Final.

These high-caliber competitions are not only a celebration of talent but also a magnet for decision-makers in the culinary and F&B sectors, featuring live judging, tastings, and interaction with globally renowned jury members.

Education and Demonstration: Learning in Action

ExpoCulinaire 2025 also offers Expert Demo Sessions and Certified Education & Training Programmes free of charge. In partnership with leading institutions such as ICCA, CIC and DCT, these sessions provide hands-on insights into modern techniques, product applications, and kitchen innovation—ideal for chefs, procurement specialists, educators, and students alike.

“As the highest circulating B2B food industry magazine in the Middle East and North Africa, Food Business Gulf & Middle East is proud to exhibit at ExpoCulinaire 2025,” said Matthews Matthew, Managing Editor. “We are here to support our clients with targeted marketing solutions that bridge international food suppliers with regional buyers, importers, and distributors. This event is an invaluable platform for fostering such connections.”

ExpoCulinaire 2025 is not just a trade show—it’s a fully immersive industry experience, combining competitive spirit, education, and innovation under one roof.
