FHA 2026 Concludes After Four Remarkable Days of Food and Hospitality Networking, Seminars, and Demonstrations

The biggest FHA in a decade welcomed 70,000 industry professionals from close to 110 countries, hosting over 2,750 exhibitors spread across 10 halls

FHA 2026 Concludes After Four Remarkable Days of Food and Hospitality Networking, Seminars, and Demonstrations

Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 (FHA 2026) concluded on 28th April as an outstanding success following four dynamic days filed with groundbreaking food and hospitality collaborations, insightful industry seminars, engaging cooking demonstrations, thrilling culinary competitions, and a host of other exciting activities. Marking its biggest and most comprehensive edition in a decade, this year’s event unified both FHA-Food & Beverage and FHA-HoReCa into one powerhouse annual event. Held in conjunction with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia, the event played host to more than 2,750 exhibitors spread across 10 halls at Singapore Expo showcasing their innovative products and solutions. Welcoming 70,000 industry professionals from about 110 countries and regions, it proudly announces numbers that made it the largest FHA in a decade.

With 18 dynamic segments, across the food & beverage and hospitality landscape offering attendees valuable networking and collaborative opportunities, the event covered everything from cutting-edge technology to innovative products and practices, designed to address the ever-evolving needs of the food & hospitality industries.

Highlights from the Showfloor
This year’s trade show floor was alive with global collaboration and food innovation, featuring impressive country pavilions across the entirety of Singapore Expo. Regional players like Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Korea, to international exhibitors from Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region added to the diversity. New participation also includes countries like Cambodia, Mongolia, the Philippines and more.

The European Union has been proud to take the spotlight as the Region of Honour, bringing its finest to Asia’s premier food and hospitality trade event. The EU booths stole hearts with the strong showcase of its capabilities- renowned for its premium produce, cutting-edge food innovation and commitment to sustainability.

The Singapore Pavilion, led by Enterprise Singapore, facilitated business matching between local exhibitors and international buyers. It drew strong interest with a unique collaboration with the Singapore Food Manufacturers Association (SMFA), showcasing “Flavours for the World” (FFW), a multi-sensory and personalised experience designed to position Singapore as a responsive food innovative hub.

Introducing a fresh emphasis on technology across foodservice, hospitality, and retail, the FutureFWD zone featured a dedicated seminar stage and exhibitors showcasing next-generation innovations. Spotlighting emerging technologies like AI, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms, the showcase presents transformative solutions that optimise operations, elevate service delivery, and foster sustainable growth. IndusFood Asia 2026 highlights include a curated showcase of India’s thriving food and beverage sector, diverse product segments, innovative and sustainable offerings, B2B engagement for global partnerships, a networking platform for industry professionals, and insights into market trends, export opportunities, and consumer preferences.

ProWine Singapore 2026 concluded on a vibrant and high-energy note, with a bustling show floor that reflected the strong momentum and growing sophistication of the wine and spirits industry in Southeast Asia. Over four days, the exhibition brought together more than 200 exhibitors from 24 countries from premium, established wine and spirits labels to fast-emerging categories such as no and low-alcohol offerings. The diversity on display drew strong interest from buyers, distributors, and hospitality professionals across the region. Dedicated features including the Discovery Bar and Champagne Lounge added to the experience, offering curated tastings and meaningful, face-to-face engagement with producers. ProWine Singapore expanded its reach, connecting exhibitors with hospitality and F&B buyers while solidifying its role as a gateway to Southeast Asia’s vibrant drinks market.

Creating Connections at FHA 2026
Driving constant innovation through greater connectivity, FHA 2026 saw significant business connections made through its Hosted Buyer Programme. Attracting 700 pre-qualified buyers from over 23 countries and regions, the event proved to be the place to meet and create meaningful connections with a diverse cross-section of industry. Over four days, buyers conducted a staggering 19,000 meetings with exhibitors and trade partners alike, fostering viable connections and propelling the industry forward.

Crowning New Champions
This year’s line-up of exhilarating competitions brought together the industry’s finest. A collaboration with the Singapore Chefs Association, Singapore Junior Chefs Club, and endorsed by Worldchefs, the new Young Chefs Grand Prix made its debut and featured the best up-and-coming young culinary talents from across 15 countries. Following 4 days of intense competition, the team from South Korea, KCAA.GN claimed a well-earned victory.

Not to be missed were FHA favourites like the Asian Pastry Cup, FHA Bakery Challenge and FHA Dessert Challenge. The thrilling events crowned new champions with Team Japan rising to the top in the Asian Pastry Cup, alongside Team China who claimed bragging rights in the FHA Bakery Challenge, and Sohee Kim (South Korea) who emerged victorious in the FHA Dessert Challenge.

Unveiling FHA 2027
Following the success of the 2026 edition, FHA looks forward to welcoming industry partners, exhibitors, and buyers in the coming year. Look forward to the following edition, slated for 20 to 23 April 2027, once more celebrating the finest in food and hospitality innovations.
