Husky leads sustainability, safety, and affordability without compromise at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025

Husky TechnologiesTM, a pioneering technology provider enabling the delivery of essential needs to the global community, has returned to exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 taking place in Dubai, UAE from November 4-6. Husky’s booth, located in Hall 2, Stand B 2-4, highlights what’s possible for the food and beverage industry by demonstrating how sustainability, safety, and affordability can all be achieved without compromise.

To demonstrate this capability at Gulfood Manufacturing Husky is showcasing its range of technologies, solutions, and services that enable:

  • Sustainable production that is scalable and seamless, including packaging made from up to 100% rPET, to lightweight bottles and containers, to mono-material PET designs that simplify the recycling process.
  • Safe food and beverage packaging that delivers product integrity across every stage of the supply chain – from preserving freshness, to eliminating contaminants, to meeting the highest global standards with confidence.
  • Affordable manufacturing to produce premium packaging at unmatched value. By optimizing systems for speed, quality, and productivity, Husky offers the industry’s lowest conversion cost to enable brands and producers to be competitive in every market.

“In the Middle East, where innovation and tradition converge, Husky is proud to enable leading brands and producers to deliver packaging solutions that are sustainable, safe, and economically competitive. Through advancements in rPET, decarbonization, and decentralized manufacturing, alongside breakthroughs in bottling, packaging performance, and water access, we empower our customers to deliver premium quality at the industry’s lowest conversion cost, helping them lead with confidence in a dynamic and rapidly growing market,” said Wassim Labban, Vice President, Systems & Tooling, EEMEIA, SEA, ANZ.

As an industry pioneer, Husky has been at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for decades. Some technology highlights the company is demonstrating at Gulfood Manufacturing include:

  • Regional debut of the next-generation HyPET®6e high output platform, featuring a 200-cavity mold engineered to deliver unmatched productivity. This system introduces new advanced vacuum drying technology that takes rPET processing to the next level by delivering superior energy efficiency, precise control, material protection, and higher uptime.
  • Introduction of HyPET® NX6, Husky’s recently launched compact, cost-effective mid-volume output PET molding system designed to deliver efficiency, quality, and growth at an affordable entry point.
  • New high performance packaging molding platform featuring a bold new design, enhanced system architecture, and fully integrated hot runner and mold controller technologies. The new platform is now supported by Husky’s proven Advantage+EliteTM remote monitoring service.
  • Breakthrough closure forming technology, HyCAPTM SecuRE+, that enables bottles and closures to be made entirely of PET yielding fully circular, mono-material packaging.
