Thailand Pavilion at Gulfood 2025: Strengthening Global Trade Partnerships for the Future

Dubai, UAE – The Thailand Pavilion at Gulfood 2025 has once again demonstrated Thailand’s leadership in food innovation, quality, and international trade. As one of the top attractions at the world’s largest food and beverage exhibition, the pavilion reinforced Thailand’s vital role in the global food supply chain. Showcasing key sectors such as World Food, Beverages, and Rice & Grains, the pavilion attracted a diverse range of visitors and fostered valuable business partnerships, further elevating Thailand’s global presence.

Forging Lasting Connections and Driving Opportunities

This year, the Thailand Pavilion served as a dynamic centre for global business exchanges, facilitating numerous high-impact meetings and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships. Buyers, distributors, and industry leaders from across the globe expressed keen interest in Thailand’s premium offerings, including the renowned Jasmine rice, sustainable seafood, plant-based products, and health-focused beverages. These discussions reaffirm Thailand’s commitment to meeting global food trends with innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions.

The pavilion was also graced by key Thai officials, including H.E. Dr. Nalinee Taveesin, Advisor to the Prime Minister and President of Thailand Trade Representative; Miss Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion; H.E. Mr. Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador to the UAE; H.E. Ms. Nipa Nirannoot, Consul-General of Thailand in Dubai; and Mr. Wittayakorn Maneenetr, Director-General of the Department of Internal Trade. Their presence underscored Thailand’s ongoing efforts to build strong, lasting trade relationships and expand market access for Thai exporters.

Mr. Pitichai Ratananaka, Executive Director of the Thai Trade Center Dubai, shared his thoughts on the event: “The Thailand Pavilion at Gulfood 2025 was a true testament to Thailand’s commitment to food innovation and global trade. The strong interest from international buyers, combined with the support from key government figures, highlights Thailand’s pivotal role in shaping the future of the global food industry. The partnerships formed during this event will provide lasting opportunities for Thai businesses worldwide.”

Engaging Visitors and Showcasing Innovation

Thailand’s presence at Gulfood 2025 surpassed expectations, drawing thousands of industry professionals, decision-makers, and buyers. The pavilion was alive with energy, featuring live cooking demonstrations, exclusive product tastings, and engaging business sessions. These interactive experiences made the Thailand Pavilion a must-visit destination for anyone looking to stay ahead of trends and explore new innovations in food and beverages.

Looking Forward: Expanding Thailand’s Global Footprint

The success of Gulfood 2025 further solidifies Thailand’s position as a leader in the global food and beverage industry.
